Puppies

Getting things right when your dog is a puppy is key to preventing many common problems such as fearfulness, aggression and a whole wealth of other unacceptable behaviours.  Four Paw Solutions offers both puppy consultations and puppy classes to help you give your puppy the best start in life:

Puppy Consultations: Pre-Puppy Consults & Puppy Home Start

Increasingly popular are our Pre-Puppy Consultations.  If you need help choosing a breed, finding a puppy or getting prepared for your new arrival, this consultation will be invaluable to you.  Learn how to prevent problems and avoid common mistakes.  Learn about house-training, whether to use a crate (indoor kennel), what to buy, where your puppy should sleep, and how to incorporate fun training before your puppy comes home.

Our Puppy Home Start consultation can help take all the worries out of raising a puppy.  The consultation takes place in your home and covers all the essential puppy issues such as: house training, biting, coping with puppies and children, introducing older dogs and other pets, whether you should use an indoor crate, going for walks and when to let your puppy off lead, how to introduce basic training, when and how to socialise your puppy and so on.

Both the Puppy Home Start and the Pre-Puppy consultations take place in your own home and they are available within a twenty mile radius of our offices in Theale. The session will last about 1.5 hours and it costs £70.  This cost includes the consultation, travel to and from your home, a copy of our essential puppy guide and free telephone or email support for twelve months after the visit.

Puppy Classes:
